Bryan Barus, CCIM/CPM

Bryan has been active in commercial real estate since 1987 and founded Suburban Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1991. An accomplished commercial real estate professional, Bryan holds both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations, reflecting his expertise in commercial real estate investment, property management, and asset performance. His strengths include transaction strategy, financial analysis, team building, and relationship management.

Since founding Suburban Real Estate Services, Inc., Bryan has continued to develop a comprehensive range of commercial real estate services, including tenant and landlord representation, acquisition and disposition, property management, and court-appointed receivership services. As a court-appointed receiver, Bryan brings extensive experience in overseeing distressed properties, stabilizing operations, protecting asset value, and managing properties through complex legal and financial circumstances.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.

A lifelong resident of the Chicago area, Bryan and his wife, Lynn, reside in Batavia, Illinois. Their adult children have since moved out and established lives of their own. Bryan and his family remain actively involved in philanthropic, athletic, and academic organizations throughout the community.
